Technical Issues

This can have several causes. It might be down to your internet connection, how you're connected to the internet (wired or via WiFi), which device you're using, or which browser you're using.

You can try the following steps: clear your browser data (cookies and cache), switch from WiFi to a wired connection, try a different browser (preferably Google Chrome), try a different device, or restart your internet router if your connection turns out to be the problem.

Take a screenshot of the problem as soon as it occurs, including the error message if one appears on screen. You can send it to our customer service team via LiveChat or support@starcasino.be. This allows us to investigate the problem further.

If your game freezes or stops loading, the best thing to do is close the game, clear your browser data (cookies and cache) and restart the game.

We also recommend trying to launch the game in a different browser. Google Chrome offers the best support for our website and games.

If the problem still isn't resolved after that, you can contact our customer service team. If you see an error message, we also recommend sending it to us as an attachment, so we can resolve the problem more quickly.

Please note: deleting your cookies will log you out of websites, and any saved preferences may be lost.
