Do I need to register to play?

Yes. Without a verified account, you won't be able to play our games or place a bet.

When you create an account, you can play in demo mode or with real money, just like in an actual gaming hall or casino. You can then deposit money into your account using the secure online payment methods and withdraw your winnings to your bank account. Do I need to verify my account when I register?

Without a verified account, you cannot play or bet with us.

I have not received a verification email, what should I do?

If you have not received a verification email, it may have ended up in your spam folder.

I no longer want to receive emails or other notifications. Where can I set this up?

You don’t want to get our emails and communications anymore? We’re sad, but we understand. To unsubscribe from the mailing list, go to your account settings or contact our customer service. However, when you turn this off, you run the risk of missing out on fun promotions and events.

I want to close my account

Do you want to leave because you are afraid of developing a gambling addiction? Remember several tools allow you to control your activities, such as a deposit limit. Of course, it is possible to close your account in your account settings, but unfortunately, you cannot delete your data. Can I change my personal data?

A piece of evidence may be requested. This is the only way we can update and verify your data.

Can I change my bank account number?

It is only permitted to pay from or to an account number that is in your possession. This means that this cannot simply be changed. If your account number has changed, please contact our customer service and let them know.

Please also send proof of your new account number on which your name, address and IBAN are visible for verification. Please note that this document must not be older than 3 months.

You can add a new verified bank account number to withdraw your winnings, however at a time, only one verified active account will be taken into consideration.

I have forgotten my username and password. How can I retrieve them?

What a pity that you have forgotten your login details. Don't worry! You can use your email address (where you created your account with) to request a new password. Go to login and press the option "forgot password". You can also reset your password using this form. You will receive a recovery link from us in your email to be able to set a new password. This usually only takes a few minutes.

Check your spam folder or contact our customer service if you do not receive this email.

I forgot the email address I registered with. What can I do?

Try to login using your username instead.

I am no longer able to log in to my account. Why?

If you can no longer log in to your account, there are several possible reasons. For more information, please contact our customer service. They will be able to explain to you exactly what it takes to reopen your account.

I think my account has been hacked. What should I do?

If you think your account has been hacked, the first thing to do is change your password. How? Log in to your account and choose a new password in your settings.

Can I reopen my account?

It is best to contact our customer service. They can check for you whether the account can be reopened without any problems.

There are several possible reasons why your account is closed. We may therefore need to give you a cool-off period of 7 days before your account can be reopened.
