How is Andar Bahar played?

The main objective of Andar Bahar is to guess which of the two sides will be the first to receive a card that matches the “middle” or “joker” card. The dealer places the middle card, then replaces cards for each side (Andar and Bahar) until a card matching the middle card appears. The side with the correct bet wins.

The deck of 52 cards are shuffled and a first card is dealt face-up, known as the Joker. The dealer receives bets from the players, either Andhar or Bahar, on a custom table. Once bets are made, a single card is dealt face-up, on each of the sides. Winners are assessed and wins paid out.
